The chicken clear soup is a soup made up with lots of vegetables and chicken. It is packed with flavours and is light on your tummies. You can add noodles on top as your choice. This soup is rich in protein. It contains lots of vitamins and minerals.

I like a lot making soup in the winter season and when I require a healthy reset, I turn to it because it just makes me feel good inside.
INGREDIENTS:- boneless chicken (Small dices)1tbsp
- cauliflower(Finely chopped)1tbsp
- onion(finely chopped)1tbsp
- finely chopped garlic1tsp
- finely chopped cabbage1tbsp
- finely chopped carrot 1 tsp
- salt as per taste
- a pinch of black pepper
- finely chopped parsley
- chicken stock8 cups
- oil 1 tbsp
METHOD:
- Wash and peel a carrot and keep it aside.
- Fine chop all vegetables (carrot,cabbage,cauliflower,onion) keep it aside.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic
- Take one wok or degchi and add some oil or olive oil add chopped garlic and saute it for minutes.
- Now add all finely chopped vegetables and saute it for sometimes ( do not over saute it should look while sauteed vegetables)
- After simmering soup adds small diced boneless chicken into soup let them cook in the soup for sometimes.
- Add the seasoning salt and pepper as per your taste. garnish with parsley.
- Serve soup hot with breadsticks.
