 Ingredients:

2onion
1ginger
Green chilli
3tomatoes
1cup matar
8to 9 garlic cloves
4potato
1tbsp red chilly powder
1/2turmeric
2tbsp dhaniya powder
1tsp besan 
1tsp amchoor powder
Methi seeds
Kasturi methi 
Saunf
 Oil
Salt

Method:

1. First fine chopped the onion and roughly cut the potatoes.
2.Make a paste of tomato garlic ginger, and green chilli.
3.In a pressure cooker add oil, jeera, finely chopped onion, methi seeds,saunf.
4.Stir it until onion turns light brown in colour. add potatoes. cover the lid.
5.After that add dry masala (red chilly powder, dhania powder, besan,amchoor powder, turmeric.
6.Cook the masala very well and add tomato puree into it.
7.Cook it until the oil gets separated.
8.add salt and matar.
9.Add1.5litre of water cooked it on 2whistles on the low-high flame.
10.After that add garam masala and roasted Kasturi methi.
11.Have this aloo matar with purees.
