Beetroot cutlet

Ingredients:
1/2kg boiled beetroot
3boiled potato
1tsp chilli powder
½ garam masala
1cup bread crumbs
1/2lemon juice.
For stuffing:
1/2cup cottage cheese
Chilli
Coriander
Salt
Method:
1.In a bowl take boiled beetroot, boiled potato mix it well
2.Add chilli powder, garam masala and lemon juice.
3.Mix all the ingredients very well.
4.Make a ball out of it pressed and add stuffing of cottage cheese mixtures. Make the shape of a cutlet.
5.Coat the cutlet with breadcrumbs.Shallow fry the cutlet in a pan.
6.Beetroot cutlet is ready. Serve this cutlet with green chutney.
