 Ingredients:

  • 3cups of carrot
  • 3cups of milk
  • 3tbsp of ghee
  • 1/4cup milk
  • 2tspCardamom powder
  • Dryfruits

Method:

1 .Take a cooker to add some ghee. and roast the cardamom powder.
2.Add carrots, saute for 5-7 min.
3.Mix it once, add salt then pressure cook for 1 whistle in low flame. 
4.After that, open add milk in a cooker. stir it.
5.Cook in medium flame until it shrinks. Clean the edges of the cooker.
6.Stirring continuously until all the milk evaporates.
7.Add sugar in the end. cook the halwa until sugar melts nicely in the halwa.
8 . In another small pot add ghee roast the dry fruits .add dry fruits in halwa.
9.Serve this gajar halwa hot.
