Homemade hot chocolate

 The hot chocolate was first brought to North America as early as the 17th century by the Dutch, but the first time colonists began selling hot chocolate was around 1755. Traditionally, hot chocolate has been associated with cold weather, winter, and dessert in the United States and Canada.

Ingredients:

1cup milk250ml

2tbsp sugar 

2tbsp cocoa powder 

1/2tsp cinnamon powder 

1cup dark chocolate 100gm

Splash of vanilla extract 


Method: 

1.Place the milk of your choice in a saucepan over medium-low heat.

2.Add the coco Powder and sugar and heat until warm. stir it continuously.

3.Add a cinnamon powder in the milk.

4.Add a splash of vanilla extract.

5.Once the milk is warm. add dark chocolate chopped. whisking until they melt into the milk.

6.Serve immediately, you can top it with your favourite garnishes marshmallow, chopped chocolate, crush candy.
