How to make churros


A churro is a fried dough predominantly choux based snack. churros are traditional in Spain and Portugal, where they oriented as well as in the Philippines and America.

Ingredients:

150mlwater 
20gm sugar
40gm unsalted butter
110gm all-purpose flour
Cooking oil
Cinnamon powder 
2egg

Method:

1.Heat a water in a pan. add sugar and unsalted butter into it on medium flame.
2.Pour all-purpose flour into the boiling mixture. at this time keep the flame very low heat for 3min.
3.Mix the mixture very well until the dough absorbs the water. the dough should be wet.
4.After that pour the mixture in a bowl to cool down. add 1 egg in a batter. mix the mixture until the egg mix well in a dough.
5.Add one more egg in a dough mix it again.
6.Now we have to add the batter a pastry bag. squeeze the churros on a butter pepper.
7.Heat an oil a pan .oil should be very hot.
8.Cook it until they get a light-grown colour.
9.Have this churros with hot chocolate, chocolate sauce and honey.
