How to make perfect tandoori chicken at home


 Tandoori chicken is a chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yoghurt and spices in a tandoor, a cylindrical clay oven. The dish originated from the Indian subcontinent and is popular in many other parts of the world.

Ingredients:
1kg of chicken
Hung curd 
Green chillies
Chaat masala
Tandoori chicken masala
Coriander powder
Turmeric
Coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste
Lemon juice 
Kasturi methi
Salt
Kashmiri red chilli powder 

Methods:
1.Add chicken in a bowl. add Kashmiri red chilly powder, salt and Turmeric .mix it well.
2.Keep this chicken  to marinate for 15minutes 
3.After that we have to do the second marination. take another bowl to add Hung curd, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric, jeera powder, tandoori chicken masala, salt, Kasturi methi. mix all the masala very well.
4.Add  marinated chicken in the masala. make sure the masala goes very will in each chicken pieces. add lemon juice, coriander and oil. keep this chicken in a refrigerator for another 30minutes.
5 . Take a griller pan add oil into it. Keep the flame high .add chicken pieces.
6.Have this tandoori chicken with onion salsa.

Tip:
1.Cook the chicken on high flame.
2.Marinate the chicken as long as possible.it enhances the flavours and taste of chicken.
3.Use only Hung curd. Do not use normal curd. hung curd helps to coat the masala very well.
4.Make the small cut on chicken.
