Nutella crepe

 

A crepe or crepe is a type of very thin pancake. Crepes are usually of two types: sweet crêpes and savoury galettes. Crepes are served with a variety of fillings, from the simplest with only sugar to flambeed crepes Suzette or elaborate savoury galettes.

Ingredients:

1cup all-purpose flour

2large eggs 

1/2cup whole milk

1/2cup water

2tbsp salt 

1cup mixed berries 

1cup Nutella 

1/2cup icing sugar.


Method: 

1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and egg. Add the milk and water. stir it until it combines well.

2.Add salt, beat until it gets a smooth consistency.

3.Heat a lightly oiled griddle. pour a scoop of 1/4 cup of each crepe. the crepe should be evenly or thin.

4.Cook it for about 2 minutes until the bottom is light brown.

5.Spread the Nutella over the crepe. Serve the crepe hot.
