Burnt garlic noodles

 

Cooking time:30 minutes 

Yields:2 serving

Ingredients:

Noodles250gm
Garlic cloves 15
Green chilli 2
Onion 1/4 cup
Capsicum 1/4cup
Cabbage 1/4cup
Spring onion 1/4cup
Vinegar 1tsp
Soya sauce 2tsp 
Schezwan chutney 2tsp
Tomato ketchup 1tsp
Pepper powder 1/2tsp
Salt

Method:

1 .Boil the water add noodles and salt.
2.In a pan add garlic cook the onion till light brown in colour.
3.Add vegetables (green chillies, onion, cabbage, capsicum)
4.Tossed the vegetables on high flame for 5 min. 
6.Add vinegar, soya sauce, schezwan chutney, tomato ketchup, mix the sauces well.
7.Now we have to add boiled noodles and cook it for another 5 min.add salt and pepper 
8.Add spring onion .
