chicken fried rice


Everyone loves eating Chinese food. chinese cuisine is oriented by Chinese culture. Chinese food includes fried rice,schezwan rice, dumplings, Hakka noodles, etc. For the making of Chinese food, the different sauces have been used like dark soya sauce, chilli sauce, oyster sauce. Chicken fried rice is a dish made up of cooked rice has been stir-fried in a wok and usually made up with an egg, meat or seafood. if you are looking for a good one-pot meal you can try this out.


INGREDIENTS:

  • Rice 100 gm
  • chicken 50 gm
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • carrot 10 gm
  • cauliflower10gm
  • capsicum10gm
  • cabbage 10gm
  • ginger5gm
  • garlic 10gm
  • green chilli 3 gm
  • egg 1 no.
  • coriander 5 gm
  • spring onion5 gm
  • chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  • soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • vinegar 1 tsp
  • salt
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • chicken (boiled and shredded)

METHOD:

  1. Wash and drain the rice and keep it aside.
  2. Boil the water in one medium degchi and add soaked rice.
  3. Finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli, coriander and keep it aside.
  4. Chopped carrot, capsicum, cabbage, in small dice.
  5. Take a wok and add some oil then add some chopped onion and garlic, ginger, green chilli, and saute for sometimes and then add whisked eggs.
  6. Now add cube cut carrot, capsicum, cabbage, green beans and vegetables and saute it for sometimes.
  7. After sauteing the vegetables.
  8. Now add boiled rice and chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and boiled shredded chicken and seasoning and tossed it.
  9. Check the taste and serve hot in the rice bowl.
