INGREDIENTS:
- 150 gm poha
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp peanuts
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2lemon juice
- 3-4green chilli
- Coriander leaves
- 1tbsp oil
- 1tsp mustard
- 10to12 curry leaves
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
1.In a mixing bowl add chopped onion, salt sugar, coriander leaves, green chilli, lemon juice and roasted peanuts.mix everything and keep it aside
2. In a pan, heat some oil. add mustard seeds, curry leaves
3.Sprinkle some water on the poha &add the pour in the onion mixture.
4.Then add the tadka and mix everything well.
5.Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
