How to make palak paneer

 Palak paneer is a vegetarian dish originating from India, consisting of paneer in a thick paste made from puréed spinach, called palak in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and other Indian languages. The terms palak paneer and saag paneer are sometimes used interchangeably in restaurants in the United States and Canada.

Ingredients:

1Onion
1Tomato
3Green chilly
1/2Ginger
4to5Garlic
250 Coriander leaves
 500 gm Spinach leaves
 1tspJeera
1/2tspTurmeric 
1/2Garam masala
1tbspRed chilly powder
2tbspCurd
1tbspWheat flour
250gm Paneer cubes
1tspCoriander powder
Oil 
Salt

Method:

1.First blanch the spinach and coriander.
2.Strain the water .rinse it with cold water.
3.In a pan add oil, jeera, green chillies, ginger, garlic, onion. Cook the onion until it becomes translucent.
4.Add tomatoes and salt.
5.After that, In a grinder add the masala we made and spinach, coriander leaves make a smooth paste of it.
6.Add oil in a pan adds dry masala (turmeric, red chilly powder, coriander powder, wheat flour). cook it until it leaves good aroma.
5.Add puree and water.mix it well.
6.Add curd, curd helps to reduce the bitterness of spinach.
7.Add the paneer cubes. cover it and cook it for 8to 10 minutes on low flame.
8.Now add garam masala.
9.Cook it for another 5 minutes.
10.Palak paneer is ready.you can have this paneer with roti.
