Spicy black Pepper chicken

 South Indian chicken is very spicy, delicious and aromatic. This is a very great meal to enjoy in winters. pepper chicken is also known as a chicken milagu varual. This is yet another Chettinad delicacy which is known worldwide for spicy Chettinad masala taste blended with the tender chicken.

Ingredients:

1/2kg  chicken
1tspJeera
1tspCoriander seeds
1tspBlack pepper
1tspAniseed (saunf)
1Onion
Coriander leaves
7-8Curry leaves
1tbspRed chilly powder
1/2tspGaram masala
Turmeric
Salt 
Oil
Water 

Method:

1.First marinate the chicken.
2.marinate the chicken with red chilly powder, turmeric and salt.
3.Dry roast the jeera, coriander seeds, saunf, black pepper. grind it. make a smooth powder.
4.Take a pan add oil, jeera, curry leaves and onion. 
5.Cook the onion until it becomes brown in colour.
6.Add marinated chicken in the onions. and cover it for 10 min.
7.After that add dry powder and mix the chicken very well.
8.Add little water to avoid from burning masala.
9.cook the chicken for 15 to 20min on low medium flame.
10 . Add coriander leaves in the chicken.
11.Spicy black pepper chicken is ready.
