Pav bhaji is a fast food dish from India consisting of a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll. Vegetables in the curry may include potatoes, onions, carrots, chillies, peas, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Its origins are in the state of Maharashtra.

Ingredients:
1finely chopped Onion
2 finely chopped Tomato
1/2cupCapsicum
1/2cupCauliflower
3 potatoes
Coriander leaves
1 cup Peas
2tbspPav bhaji masala
1tbspRed chilly powder
1tspGinger garlic paste
Ladi Pav
Salt
Butter
Method:
1.In a cooker boil all the vegetables. After that mashed the vegetables with the help of masher.
2.Heat up butter in a pan .add onion into it .fry the onion until it gets brown in colour.
3.Add ginger garlic paste .cook the ginger garlic paste so well.
4.After that add finely chopped tomatoes add salt. Cook the tomato for 5 minutes.
5 Add red chilly powder and pav bhaji masala.
6.When masala begins to release oil to add cooked veggies and water.
7.Simmer the pav bhaji for 10 minutes.
8.Add butter and you're pav bhaji is ready.
9.Apply some butter on pav and pav bhaji masala if u like.
10.While serving add finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander leaves and a slice of lemon.
