INGREDIENTS:
FOR CORIANDER CHUTNEY:
- fresh coriander leaves 3 bundle
- green chilli 100 gm
- black salt 50gm
- lemon juice 20ml
- jeera 10gm
for chaat:
- boiled potato 1 kg
- black salt
- black pepper20gm
- chat masala 35gm
- chilli powder35gm
- onion500gm
- lemon juice25 ml
- tamarind chutney50
- pomegranate
- Take fresh coriander jeera, green chilli, and black salt blend together add lemon juice mix well.
- Take the boiled potatoes and deep fry until golden brown.
- In a bowl add black salt, pepper, jeera powder, chaat masala and chilli powder.
- Add chopped onion and lemon juice. then add both tamarind and coriander chutney.
