INGREDIENTS:
- Lady fingers1.5 kg
- oil 100ml
- jeera 5gm
- onions 1 kg
- ginger - garlic masala
- tomatoes 1 kg
- green chilli 4-5nos.
- red chilli powder 5 gm
- garam masala 2gm
- salt as per taste
- turmeric 3gm
- chopped coriander 10gm
- water as required
METHOD:
- Clean and wash and wipe dry and cut ladyfinger in rounds.
- Heat oil in a pan. add lady's fingers and saute for 5 to7 minutes on medium flame. in the end, it should perfectly be cooked.
- Transfer bhindi to a plate and set aside.
- Add oil to the pan then add cumin when they began to splutter add onion and green chilli. saute them until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2-3 min, till raw smell goes.
- Add tomatoes and salt .saute until the tomato turns soft and mushy.
- Add red chilly powder, turmeric, and garam masala.
- Mix everything well and saute until the mixture leaves aside of the pan.
- Add water and mix well and cook for 1-2 min
- Add fried bhendi and mix well. cover and cook on low medium.
- Open the lid and evaporate any excess moisture .serve with hot.
